Am I eligible?

Emma's Aim provides Memory Making Days for children and young adults in Northamptonshire with cancer.

To be eligible for a Memory Making Day you must:

Be aged between 4 and 20 (at the time of application)
Be receiving cancer treatment
Live in Northamptonshire
Have not already received a Memory Making Day from Emma's Aim - unfortunately I am only able to provide one Memory Making Day per person.
